No returns will be accepted after 30 day or without prior approval. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a return authorization number and a copy of the original invoice. All returns will be inspected and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee and all shipping charges. Sharkskinz products purchased through another Dealer must be returned through that dealer. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
